Osama Elsaidy Already Knows How Neda Breaks
Mostafa Rashed Neda and Osama Elsaidy already know how this argument ends. Except they have two different answers.
Neda won their first meeting by split decision in March 2016. Nine months later, Elsaidy stopped him in the second round. Almost a decade later, PFL has put them together again with Neda installed as a substantial favorite.
The strange part is what happened while the rivalry disappeared. Neda has remained active enough to build a 9-4 record and three PFL appearances. Elsaidy is 9-3, but Friday is his first professional fight since December 2023.
Bookmaker Sportsbook‘s opening line has Neda -270 and Elsaidy +207. My pick is Elsaidy +207, with Elsaidy winning by second-round TKO.
Minus 270 Forgets the Other Ending
Neda’s aggression explains the favorite. Six of his nine victories have come by knockout or TKO, and only two have reached a decision. His offense turns exchanges into consequences quickly.
But his losses carry their own warning. Haider Khan stopped Neda in the first round of his most recent fight, officially recorded as a TKO following an arm injury. Neda has now been finished in all four professional defeats.

Osama Elsaidy Returns With Every Weapon
The inactivity is the obvious reason to hesitate at +207. Elsaidy’s last professional appearance came in December 2023. Ring timing after that absence cannot simply be assumed.
What survives on paper is unusually relevant against Neda. Osama Elsaidy owns five knockout wins and three submissions among nine victories. He has finished 89% of his professional fights and has already stopped the man standing opposite him on Friday.

Nine Years Make 207 Interesting
Neda is being priced as though activity has settled an old argument. It hasn’t.
Elsaidy’s layoff creates uncertainty, but +207 pays for it. Neda’s own durability leaves the underdog multiple routes once exchanges become violent.
Neda won their first argument. Elsaidy ended the second one. The market is charging -270 to forget the difference.
